Exhaust Refit

Loads of jobs arising from first engine start. The first one being the exhausts. They were blowing quite noticeably where the collectors fit to the sidepipes so I re-fitted them with some of the high temp copper-silicone stuff I used on the manifold instead of gaskets. I also reapplied the silicone to the header-collector joints a little more generously then I did the first time. Additional improvements also include a number of self tappers on the header/collector slips for a bit of extra peace of mind that they won't wobble apart.

Ah, also re-did the rear brackets to get the pipes a little closer to the body and use some beefier bobbins and two fixing points as we noticed on dissasembly that they had rotated slightly and the end piece had partially come away from the sidepipe.
